Net Neutrality Issues Pepper FCC Public Hearing

The battle for Net Neutrality could see an important victory in August if, as expected, the FCC votes to censure Comcast for blocking the file-sharing network BitTorrent. The future of the Internet, though, is still in question. (Audio 4:44)
